All hockey and fitness training to taken by England Hockey qualified coaches

First opportunity to start some team bonding again and get a little fitter, so please make an effort to attend.
Remember fitness should be FUN

Weds 10th July Fitness 6.30 -8.00pm at Lymm Astro £1 Club / New Members
Thursday 14th August Stick and ball 7 till 9 at Lymm Astro £4 Club / New Members
Sunday 21st September Junior training starts 11am till 12 at Lymm Astro £2 Girls and Boys of all ages welcome

Thursday Nights

Ladies Training 7.00 to 9pm
Senior Training 7.00 to 9pm

Sundays 11 till 12 am

Training takes place at lymm leisure centre astroturf pitch which is
located next to lymm high school. Directions can be found on this website
